Hydrocyclones

Hidrociclones are ceramic components applied to the centrifugal solid and fiber separation process in high speed and subjected to heavy wear and erosion conditions. Typical applications can be found in the fine and ultrafine ore separation, food, pulp and paper. The ceramic components can be applied in the apex and the vortex of the separators. Components can be produced in different geometries according to the mechanical assembly system and project demands.
